2020 JDRF Charity Golf Tournament
With the help of our team of volunteers, and presenting partner, Universal Collision Centre; we are preparing for the 13th annual Regina JDRF Charity Golf Tournament in support of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
It is currently estimated that type 1 diabetes (T1D) affects 65,000 Saskatchewan residents. The JDRF is working hard to reduce that number. The foundation’s primary focus is to find a cure for type 1 diabetes. Eventually, it hopes to provide curative treatment and preventative therapy. However, as it approaches these goals, JDRF is helping to provide healthier, easier lives to sufferers of T1D. Every donation improves their quality of life and draws us closer to the realization of a future without type 1 diabetes.
This year’s tournament will be held on Thursday, June 11th, 2020 at Flowing Springs Golf Greens. The Turbo Texas Scramble tournament will begin at 12:00 pm. Registration is now open at $150/golfer (includes dinner and pre-golf luncheon). Additionally, we’re offering sponsorship opportunities from $300 with a variety of benefits. We’re also accepting donations of cash and items suitable for our silent auction.
As we prepare for this year’s Regina JDRF Charity Golf Tournament, we’d like to thank all of those who’ve contributed to the event’s success over the past decade. We hope this year will be the biggest yet and look forward to seeing you out on the links.
